Here’s what to know about our International Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return.

  • International returns are not free. The cost of the label will be deducted from your return credit in the returns' portal.

  • We do not offer exchanges for international customers at this time. If you are interested in purchasing something else, you'll need to process a return and place a new order.

  • Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with any and all tags intact.

  • All returns are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team and can take 14-21 business days to process after being marked as delivered.

  • Make sure to request a return receipt with the carrier, as we are unable to refund lost shipments without proof of drop-off.

  • All shipping costs on your original order (which include duties and taxes) are non-refundable.

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Our satin pillowcases, satin headrest covers, satin scrunchies, satin headbands, bonnets, and socks are final sale because of the nature of the product. We do not accept returns for those items. 

  • Refunds are only issued to store credit. We do not process cash or card refunds.

  • Did you receive the incorrect or a damaged item? Please submit the following to info@melanatedprincess.com:

    1. Order number 

    2. A written description of what you received 

    3. Images of the items and their barcodes using the paperclip icon    

    4. If your shipping box was also damaged (if applicable)

  • Returns cost $5 per return. Exchanges are free.

  • Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with any and all tags intact.

  • All returns are reviewed by our Quality Assurance team and can take 7-14 business days to process after being marked as delivered.

  • Make sure to request a return receipt with the carrier as we are unable to refund lost shipments without proof of drop-off.

  • All shipping costs on your original order (which include duties and taxes) are non-refundable.

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that are part of clearance, warehouse or "Up-To" sales are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

  • Our beanies, satin pillowcases, bonnets, satin scrunchies, satin headbands and socks are final sale because of the nature of the product. We do not accept returns for those items. 

  • Refunds are only issued to store credit. We do not process cash or card refunds.

  1. Exchanges are treated as final sale items. Once an exchange is processed, it is not eligible for further returns or exchanges. So, if you need help with sizing, please contact us first, and we'll get you sorted!
