  • My order says delivered but I haven't received it yet.

    We’re extremely sorry that your order has still not arrived! We recommend first contacting your leasing office and neighbors (if applicable) and/or giving it a day or two as the post office may have updated the tracking prematurely.   • We're sorry if a partial order took you by surprise. In order to get your order filled as quickly as possible we went ahead and shipped what we had on hand at the moment. Products deliveries happen here regularly, so the rest of your order will ship soon. We’ll be sure to send tracking as soon as possible!

  • Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please be Don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders!

    How can I track my order?

  • If you do not receive an email from Melanated Princess within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

     

    If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please email info@melanatedprincess.com.

  • There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

     

    -The item(s) sold out.

    -There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).

    -We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.

     

    If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
